Responsibilities
Estimating & Pre‑Construction
* Quantity take‑offs and measurements
* Tender documents, pricing schedules and cost plans
* Supplier/subcontractor quotations
* Scope summaries, clarifications and value engineering
* Tenders from £50k–£3m
Bid Writing
* Drafting PQQs and quality submissions
* Gathering technical content
* Maintaining case studies, CVs and method statements
* Using AI tools to refine written content
Business Development
* Supporting client relationships
* Calls, meetings and networking
* Occasional site visits
* Managing tender pipeline and opportunities

Ideal Candidate
* Ambitious, reliable, eager to learn
* Strong Maths and IT skills (Excel)
* Studying or holding a construction qualification (BTEC, HNC, HND, T Level, apprenticeship) OR practical construction experience

Hours & Location
* Full‑time, office‑based in Corby
* Mon–Thu 08:30–17:00
* Fri 08:30–16:00
* 1‑hour lunch
