The vacancy
Are you passionate about business education and ready to inspire the next generation of business leaders? We are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Lecturer to join our team on a fixed-term basis. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across a range of Business, Management and Enterprise programmes, including our new T Level Management and Administration qualification.
Summary of the Role
You will be responsible for teaching, supporting, and guiding students on a variety of business programmes. The role involves curriculum development, assessment, and working collaboratively to ensure an excellent learning experience for all students.

Essential Criteria
* Hold a relevant subject-related degree or equivalent qualification
* Hold a recognised teaching qualification or be working towards one
* Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English
* Strong knowledge of business, enterprise, finance, management, and administration subjects
* Extensive experience in the field of business, management, or finance
Key Responsibilities
* Teach and support students across a range of business programmes, including T Levels
* Act as Programme Tutor, providing guidance and support to students
* Develop curriculum materials and deliver engaging lessons using innovative teaching methods
* Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality assurance processes
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, external stakeholders, and employers to support student success and work experience opportunities
