Core responsibilities will typically include:
* Researching new prospects.
* Contacting leads by phone and email from the CRM system.
* Outbound calling new customers with the aim of securing an appointment for Sales Team.
* Managing the CRM system ensuring all activity is recorded.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* Relevant experience.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Happy communicating on the phone and email with senior client contacts.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Enjoy outbound calling.
* Proficient working with MS Office 365.
