* Provide classroom support and assistance to teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students
* Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons, including the creation of teaching materials and resources
* Engage directly with students, providing one-on-one or small-group support to reinforce learning objectives and foster academic progress
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, such as attendance logs, student progress reports, and resource inventories
* Support the overall administrative duties of the department, including organising and maintaining classroom materials and supplies

* Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/guardians
* Proficiency in using common educational technology and software, such as learning management systems and productivity tools
