Job description
In the UK, Safran Seats specializes in the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide-body aircraft, with teams in Cwmbran, Newport, Wales, and Brackley, England.
We seek an experienced ERP Methods and Tools Manager to lead the development, improvement, and management of SSGB's tools and methodologies related to ERP. The role involves shaping and executing the Supply Chain strategy, ensuring systems and tools align with business goals, and driving operational excellence. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, technical ERP expertise, and collaboration skills to optimize business operations. A strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and leadership ability are essential.
The ERP Process & Tools Manager will:
* Ensure proper application and compliance with procedures within the scope.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop transformation plans for continuous improvement.
* Promote integration of Supply Chain and ERP best practices across Safran.
* Manage KPIs and develop actionable plans with department managers.
* Develop dashboards for supply chain monitoring and decision-making.
* Enhance training plans, versatility grids, and GPEC processes.
* Lead training for ERP key users and Supply Chain teams.
* Participate in Safran networks and benchmarking activities.
