Hospitality Manager Location: Based at our Home Support Centre in Burbage (LE10) with regular travel to our homes in Clay Cross, Hucknall, Chilwell, Derby, Burbage and Redditch Salary: £48,691pa Contract: (Full-time / Permanent, occasional weekend working required) About the Role We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Hospitality Manager to help deliver an exceptional living experience across our homes. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work closely with Home Managers and teams to ensure outstanding dining, welcoming environments, and meaningful activities for residents. You’ll be a visible leader and ambassador for excellence—someone who brings warmth, energy, and a commitment to going the extra mile every day. What You’ll Be Doing Helping create and review engaging activity programmes with strong community involvement Supporting homes to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Working with catering teams to maintain balanced menus that meet all dietary needs Carrying out regular inspections and observations to ensure environments are clean, safe, and welcoming Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Supporting teams to resolve feedback and complaints in a positive and proactive way Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and best practice Assisting with budget awareness in catering and hospitality areas Collaborating with Marketing and other teams to highlight successes and improvements Championing a culture built on dignity, respect, independence, and choice What We’re Looking For Management Experience in hospitality, care, or a similar environment A strong eye for detail and passion for high standards Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, hands-on approach Confidence working across multiple teams and locations Understanding of health & safety, infection control, and relevant regulations (or willingness to learn) A positive attitude and commitment to creating a “superb place to live or work” Why Join Us?
