We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a passion for luxury to lead our St Albans store!
Position: Store Manager – Full Time
Location: St Albans
Hours per Week: 37.5 (Permanent)
Salary: £32,000- £33,000

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the store with a focus on excellence, demonstrating a will to win and passion for people
* Strategically seek and maximize business opportunities to achieve sales, KPIs, and profit targets
* Deliver a personalized, sensorial customer experience aligned with our service standards
* Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and engagement
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
* Experience in fragrance and beauty retail is desirable
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Proven commercial acumen and P&L responsibility
* Customer-centric approach
* Flexibility to travel and support other locations as needed
