We are working in partnership with a nonperforming secondary school in Birmingham, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Geography Teacher to join their Humanities team on a 0.6 permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys inspiring curiosity about the world and delivering engaging, high‑quality Geography lessons.
The Role
* Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Deliver well‑planned, engaging lessons that promote strong progress
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive Humanities department
* Take part in wider school life and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it)
* Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
* Can engage and motivate students of varying abilities
* Is reflective, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
* ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
