Private Client Manager
Our client, a leading travel company who specialise in UHNW customers is seeking a highly motivated Private Client Manager to represent their brand, in store, delivering exceptional, personalised service and crafting bespoke luxury travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide world-class client service, demonstrating expert knowledge of global travel destinations and products.
* Design and sell tailor-made itineraries, luxury tours, and group journeys.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and in-person meetings.
* Achieve sales targets while upholding standards of excellence in presentation, service, and professionalism.
* Manage all booking, pricing, and administrative processes using Travel Studio and CRM systems.
* Attend and support client events and contribute to brand and partnership development.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong luxury travel sales experience with UHNW clients
2. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
3. Detail-oriented, with strong CRM and booking system knowledge
