Job Description
The Role
* Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures, research and creating financial models to support the execution process
* Focus on Commercial Ground Rents and Social Infrastructure as well as the wider lending space
* Supporting the origination team in the development of new business
* Effectively liaisng with various teams including legal advisors, Investment Committee and management
* Investment reporting including factsheet production and responses to investor requests
The Requirements
* Property Valuations experience
* Strong technical background, ability to model from scratch
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong interest and/or understanding of the real estate credit investment space
