Principal Biometrics Consultant @ Warman O'Brien Limited | Recruiting Statisticians
Award-Winning CRO | Fully Remote | UK / Europe
Are you a seasoned Biostatistician ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values innovation, flexibility, and people-first culture? We’ve partnered with a leading, award-winning CRO that’s known for delivering excellence in clinical research — and they’re looking for a Senior Biostatistician I or II to join their high-performing Study Delivery team.
As a Senior Biostatistician, you’ll take the lead on biostatistics and programming activities for studies of moderate complexity — from planning and monitoring to execution and delivery. Your work will be critical to ensuring clinical trials are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll drive key statistical tasks including:
* Contributing to protocol development: study design, sample size calculations, and patient randomization
* Designing case report forms with statistical input
* Creating statistical analysis plans and defining derived data
* Designing and reviewing tables, listings, and figures for clinical study reports
* Performing data analysis and interpreting results
* Writing the statistical methods sections of integrated reports
* Ensuring consistency across a program of studies
Bonus: Experience in Oncology is a plus — but not essential.
What We’re Looking For
* M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
* 5+ years’ experience in a biostatistics role within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
* Strong grasp of applied parametric/nonparametric statistics and solid SAS programming skills
* In-depth knowledge of study designs and clinical trial methodology
* Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
* Ability to translate complex statistical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
This CRO isn’t just another name in the industry — it’s a place where careers are built, talents are nurtured, and people matter.
* Career Progression: Whether you want to grow deeper into biostatistics or explore adjacent roles, there’s a clear path forward.
* Learning Culture: You’ll be empowered with coaching and mentoring opportunities, and given the space to grow your expertise.
* Flexible Working: 100% remote role with a focus on work-life balance.
* Competitive Package: Excellent salary and benefits, tailored to today’s market and your experience.
* People-First Culture: You’re not just an employee — you’re part of a collaborative, supportive team that feels more like family.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you. Send in your CV now — the team is looking to welcome a new Biostatistician onboard as soon as possible.
