Your key focus areas will be: Growing revenue through a portfolio of high-performing referral and strategic partners Building and converting a strong partner-led pipeline into closed-won deals Deepening partner engagement, capability and advocacy for Employment Hero Contributing to the acceleration of our UK growth as we scale towards our BHAG This will include: Managing and growing a portfolio of UK-based referral and strategic partners Driving partner-sourced pipeline through enablement, joint planning and execution Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for partner-referred opportunities Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to maximise impact Forecasting accurately and consistently delivering against revenue targets Using data and insights to prioritise effort and continuously improve performance Who you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way – operating with focus, agility and an obsession with impact.
