We're looking for a Part-time Receptionist and Administrator to manage our busy front desk and be the heart of our team.

Salary: £14,285
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday - Friday, 13:00 - 17:30 (22.5 hours per week)
What will I be doing as a Receptionist and Administrator?

A Typical Week Could Look Like
* Delivering LHP's print and post functions, scanning inbound mail, and handling outgoing mail.
* Processing and administering all incoming deliveries.
* Assisting with booking meeting and conference rooms and facilities.
* Welcoming visitors, signing them in, and directing them appropriately.
* Maintaining visitor statistics and producing basic reports.
* Monitoring and reordering stock levels.
* Managing stocks of stationery and updating notice boards and displays.
* Providing administrative support to the Customer Contact Centre.
* Keeping knowledge of LHP functions up-to-date.
What Skills, Abilities, Knowledge, and Experience will I need?
* Experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
* Strong Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Teamwork experience.
* Excellent customer care skills.
* Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in IT systems for recording and retrieving information.
* Good prioritisation and organisational skills, ability to work independently.
* Experience managing varied and challenging situations in customer service.
