Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled broker to join our dynamic personal lines team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and sales administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective interaction with clients, providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to provide the best personal service to clients for the insurance of their personal assets, such as home and vehicle. To provide advice, guidance and to find an insurance solution for the client's needs.
* Utilise negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
* Provide comprehensive sales administration support, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous, however full training will be provided
* Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Experience in sales administration or marketing roles is preferred.
