Position
The Stock Keeper manages the correct product handling both incoming and outgoing, following the Company standards. Supports the Store Manager and the store team in all the necessities linked to the stock and to the store management. He\she supports the Sales Associates in the sales floor for the products replenishment in order to maximize sales and setting up the product storage in the most functional way.
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the data entry of the incoming and outgoing goods in the Company IT system, monitoring and preparing the necessary tax documentation according to company procedures
2. Checks the incoming goods and the correspondence with the delivery notes and prepares the products for the selling floor (security tags application n, etc.) as well
3. Maintains the stock organized
4. Ensures a clear warehouse organization for the whole sales team
5. Ensures order and constant cleaning in the store stock and in the stock areas of the sales floor, following the Stock/Store Manager and Company guidelines
6. Keeps all the products in stock in a shipshape and tidy status, in order to support in the best way possible the sales team
7. Manages all the inventory activities, following the Company guidelines
8. Is responsible for the products and materials security in the stock
9. Manages the handling of the products to be repaired
10. Ensures, in collaboration with the external suppliers, the shipment of the goods that have to be delivered to customers/factory/other stores, following the Company guidelines and/or of the Store Manager
11. Maintains contacts with shipping teams and external couriers to guarantee the correct shipping procedure and timing
12. Supports the sales team reaching the targets and maximizing sales, keeping them updated and giving them the correct information regarding the stock
13. Supports the sales team the post sales phase
14. Manages and ensures all the activities related to the end of season returns, following the Store Manager guidelines
15. Ensures the right compiling of both hard and soft copies of the shipping notes which accompany the products during the shipping, guaranteeing their archiving as well
Profile
Profile:
16. Previous experience (at least 3 years) in Luxury Retail
17. Previous experience in Harrods is a plus
18. Organized and detailed oriented personality
19. Fluent in English
