Sewell Wallis is looking for a Financial Controller to join a growing and ambitious construction business based in Wakefield. You will be ACA qualified-ideally Big 4 trained-with over five years' post-qualified experience, and preferably have exposure to the construction sector. The role involves leading and coaching the Finance team to deliver the best possible service, driving robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and overseeing budgeting, expenditure, and cash flow. You will also be responsible for implementing scalable systems and processes to support growth, reduce risk, and ensure reliable financial performance across the division. What will you be doing?
