We’re working exclusively with a respected organisation in Tunbridge Wells that is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their collaborative HR team and deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone currently in a legal or financial services setting, looking to expand their HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers, involved in a broad mix of ER, recruitment, early careers, engagement, and strategic people initiatives that directly influence the culture and success of the firm. What you’ll be doing: Acting as a first point of contact for people matters across key business areas Coaching and guiding managers through complex employee relations issues (disciplinaries, grievances, performance) Leading end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of roles, ensuring alignment to both technical and cultural fit Supporting early careers programmes and representing the firm at graduate and intern events Involvement in cyclical HR activity including performance reviews, salary reviews, and engagement surveys Supporting wider People Strategy initiatives across ED&I, wellbeing, and L&D Playing an active role in HR projects and process improvements What we’re looking for: HR generalist experience gained within a legal or financial services environment ( this is essential ) A strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling ER casework Experience managing recruitment campaigns across multiple business functions An interest or background in early talent or engagement initiatives CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards A self-starter with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships
