NRL are currently looking for a Level 3 IRATA Rope Acess Technician based in Southampton to join our clients team. Must have: IRATA Level 3 Certification with logged hours within 6 months. First Aid Certificate. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Proficient in time management and prioritising tasks. Capability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office and other digital applications. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Experience Experience / certificates below are desirable but not required as full training will be provided. Experience within the oil and gas industry onshore or construction sector desirable. SSSTS / SMSTS. CSCS Card. CCNSG Safety Passport. Primary Responsibilities Leading a team of IRATA technicians. Proficiency in all aspects of Rope Access Operations including Rescue, Rigging and Hauling Systems. Delivering toolbox talks, project briefs, and liaising with customers on-site. Maintaining extensive knowledge of the IRATA International Code of Practice (ICOP) and key legislation. Implementing our Safe system of Work. Undertaking planning tasks including compiling risk assessments and method statements.
