They will work collaboratively with our whole team to ensure we meet the needs of our patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Practice Nurse plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and is responsible for assisting our medical professionals in delivering patient-centered services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, anatomy knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care
* Conduct Chronic disease management, cervical cytology, family planning, childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, smoking cessation, recording of ECGS's, weight management, injections, QOF management, sexual health.
* Take patient histories, perform physical exams, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their care.
* Collaborate with medical professionals to diagnose and treat patients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
* Stay current with industry developments and adhere to best practices in patient care.
* Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
**Skills**
* Strong knowledge of patient care and anatomy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in General Practice is essential for this role.

Pay: £33,602.09-£46,635.69 per year
