We are looking for an Office Managerto join PM Group working for us based out of our Manchester office.
Job Title: Office Manager

Contract: Full Time - Permanent
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the three UK offices, including coordinating facilities, budgets, supplies and management of the UK Administration team.
The role will require a highly dedicated and collaborative approach with the ability to work on many different priorities at the same time.
Qualifications
1. A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent is preferable but not essential.
2. Proven experience in a senior administrative role and line management role
3. Diploma or qualification in Business Administration or management desirable
4. Must be professional and have excellent interpersonal skills
5. Able to communicate effectively with a variety and range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, combined with ability to prioritise competing demands and methodical approach to problem solving.
7. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Publisher, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint preferable.
