Youll help run all aspects of Centre business, supporting the Centre Manager and your team so they can be at the top of their game and keep our customers safe on the road. Youll also role model amazing customer service for colleagues as the walking, talking embodiment of our values. What are these values? Who Were Looking For
We want to meet people who are as ambitious about delivering great service as they are about their careers. Maybe youll have been an Assistant Manager elsewhere, or perhaps youll be looking to step up. Either way, youll be used shouldering responsibility and will have worked your way up in auto repair or fast-fit roles where you supported your team delivered amazing customer experiences. As much as well support your development, youll also be proactive in developing management behaviours like accountability, curiosity and understandingyou know, the reasons why youre respected at work.
