We are now looking for a warm, organised, and patient-focused Receptionist to join our growing team. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to become part of a friendly and supportive team within a busy private dental practice. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for Managing appointments and patient enquiries Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties Handling patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintaining a smooth and efficient front-of-house service To be successful in this role, you should have Previous experience as a Receptionist, ideally within a clinical or healthcare environment Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Experience with SOE software is desirable, although full training will be provided A warm, friendly, and professional manner A genuine passion for patient care and customer service The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Confidence communicating with clinicians, patients, and colleagues A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile What We Can Offer You: Competitive Reward Package – Including a clear banded pay scale structure and excellent benefits.
