About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Cyber Security Engineer to join our expanding security function. This is a hands‑on, impactful role where you’ll help strengthen our security posture across cloud platforms, identity, detection tooling, and vulnerability management.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Cloud, IT, Architecture, and DevOps to design, build, and operate secure systems in a modern, cloud‑driven environment. If you enjoy solvingplex security challenges and working with cutting‑edge cyber technologies, this role will suit you perfectly.
️ Key Responsibilities

Lead vulnerability management activities — scanning, prioritisation, reporting, and remediation support.
Manage and optimise security tooling including Microsoft Defender, O365 Security, and EDR/XDR solutions.
Support IAM processes: RBAC, identityernance, conditional access, and access reviews.
Contribute to PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
Investigate security events, contribute to incident response, and perform deep root‑cause analysis.
Deliver security automation to improve detection, response, and configuration management.
Partner with engineering teams to embed secure-by-design principles into new and existing solutions.

Essential:
Previous experience in a cyber security engineering or operational security role.
Hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS security services (preferably both).
Strong SIEM knowledge (Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel, etc.).
Solid understanding of vulnerability management tooling and processes.
Strong grounding in cloud security principles, networking, and enterprise‑grade security controls.
Desirable:
Experience in IAM, RBAC, and identityernance.
Familiarity with PKI, certificate management, or cryptographic services.
Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
Security certifications such as AZ‑500, SC‑200, Security+, SSCP, or GSEC.
What We Offer
Work with modern cyber tooling across multi‑cloud environments.
Clear progression opportunities and a supportive team culture.
Training and certification development budget.
Remote working with flexibility, plus occasional travel to London for collaboration.
