About the Candidate
We are seeking Estates Technicians to support our campuses across the North East, primarily based at Hartlepool Sixth Form Campus, with potential work at Sunderland Campuses.
Role Responsibilities
* Opening and securing sites
* Carrying out basic repairs
* Completing planned preventative maintenance
* Setting up furniture as required
* Removing litter and waste daily
* Supervising contractors and visitors
Qualifications
* Valid driving licence
* Use of hand tools
* Working at height
* First aid at work
* Basic trade experience (plumbing, joinery, painting, electrical isolation)
