Transport Driver
WB Power Services are currently recruiting a Transport Driver to work, Day or Night shifts out of our depot in Swansea. This is a superb opportunity for a Transport Driver to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The Role:
* Working within Company quality, health & safety and environmental procedures
* Daily checks on the vehicles
* Safe loading/unloading vehicles/coupling up trailers.
* Refuelling of generators which are on hire on customer sites
* Delivering and collecting company equipment to and from all areas of the UK.
* Completing all necessary worksheets and hire documentation.
* General parts collections from suppliers when necessary.
* Keeping tachograph and other legal requirements involved with modern day driving on UK roads and highways.
* Providing 24/7 driver cover as required in line with driving hours legalities.
The Person
* Long Distance Van Driving experience.
* Ability to work 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts.
* Trailer experience is essential.
* Willing to work in a permanent role.
* You must have a valid in-date driver’s licence with minimal points.
* Comfortable with communicating via telephone and face-to-face.
* The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.
