Your role in the team
Own and drive the development of IG's e-commerce platforms (website, onboarding experience, payments), focusing on optimizing customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide impactful insights and be the go-to person for data and performance.
What you'll do
* Own specific features or components of IG's e-commerce platform
* Develop and execute roadmaps for assigned e-commerce areas
* Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for optimization
* Implement and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion
* Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs
* Stay current with e-commerce trends and best practices
* Gather and prioritize requirements based on customer needs and business goals
What you'll need for this role
* Product management experience, especially in e-commerce or digital platforms
* Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
* Understanding of payment systems and customer journey mapping
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
* Experience working in agile environments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
