Position Summary
Coordinate and supervise on the inspection campaigns workflow from job preparation to deliverables and closeout. Communicate with internal & external parties for smooth & safe execution.
Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
1. Liaise with Client and project management team on inspection scopes.
2. Assess inspection scopes and secure the required equipment.
3. Technical and logistics support for inspection team offshore.
4. Prepare procedures, task plans and other inspection related documentation
5. Prepare inspection database and workpacks.
6. Monitor the progress of the inspection work.
7. QA/QC on all inspection data.
8. Reporting and deliverables management
9. Data management and backups.
10. Capture lessons learned during inspection scopes and implement the required follow-up actions.
11. Assist with other departmental tasks when required.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
15. Engineering or Science Major
16. CWISP 3.4U Underwater Inspection Controller Certificate
17. English proficiency
18. MS Office
19. Subsea Inspection experience
20. Supervision experience
21. Nexus, Marisoft, Coabis / equivalent inspection software
