We’re on the lookout for compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across West London schools — including Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Harrow, and Brent. Your Role Will Include: Providing 1:1 and group support to SEN students inside and outside the classroom Helping deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Supporting students’ emotional well-being, social development, and independence Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment Liaising with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to monitor and celebrate progress ✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting Knowledge of SEN strategies (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, etc.) Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills A team player who can also take initiative Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ) are a plus – but not essential A genuine passion for inclusion, diversity, and student support Why Join Teaching Personnel?
