Blade Traffic Management are a UK leading supplier of Temporary Traffic and Pedestrian Management solutions, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient systems across a wide range of sectors including highways, utilities, construction, infrastructure, crane lifts, surfacing, and events.

Due to continued growth and increasing demand across multiple sectors, we are actively seeking experienced and motivated 12D Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team.
We are looking for hard-working, flexible, and reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently respond to evolving traffic and pedestrian management requirements.

This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 40-hour contract over 7 days. Traffic Management is a challenging but rewarding career; the role can be physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. The average working week is typically 5060 hours and includes regular night and weekend work.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Installing, maintaining, and removing various Traffic Management schemes
* Manually controlling traffic lights
* Towing single and twin axle trailers
* Marshalling pedestrians
* Driving to various locations throughout the UK
* Working individually or as part of a team
* Liaising with clients and highway authorities in a professional manner
* Undertaking traffic counts, client, and subcontractor calls, recording timings and near misses
* Supporting and guiding new trainees
* Using a tablet to complete site packs (training provided)
* Occasional heavy lifting (trackway and multi-mats)
Qualifications Required:
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
* Minimum 1 year Traffic Management experience (required)
* NRSWA Unit 2 (required)
* LANTRA M1/M2 (required)
* LANTRA M5 (preferred)

What we look for:
* NRSWA Unit 2 or LANTRA M1/M2 as a minimum
* Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
* Ability to tow single and twin axle trailers
* Flexible working, must be available for days, nights and weekends
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to pass a Safety Critical Worker medical
