Our client continues to drive key projects within the industry where you, the Quantity Surveyor, will work across multiple projects across the UK and EU.

The Quantity Surveyor will join a fast growing and client experience driven firm within the heart of Cheltenham, only a short walk from the famous Montpellier stretch, working from their luxurious offices on a hybrid basis. As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage a portfolio of projects ranging from £500,000.00 - £50,000,000.00 providing continuous contract consultation and advice to ensure they get across the line.
This role will have you partnering internally with the MD, Director team, and Senior Quantity Surveyors.

As the Quantity Surveyor you will have the below responsibilities:
Managing a range of projects across financial, and contractual to fixed deadlines
Project management with developers and external stakeholders
Cost planning and estimating
Providing contractual advice through-out the construction process
Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger contracts as needed
Providing project reports to Senior Management
Our client requires the Quantity Surveyor to hold the below skills and qualifications:
A degree in Quantity Surveying
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role is essential working on projects up to £30m
