Job Description:
We are working with an innovative marketing and print management company that helps bring brands to life. They are currently expanding their team and are searching for an ambitious, confident, and action-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support the team in routing orders and monitoring supplier performance. You will join a team responsible for ensuring customers receive the correct goods on time and at the best price. This role is ideal for someone with print experience seeking autonomy, responsibility, and scope to significantly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process print orders daily, selecting the most appropriate suppliers based on range, service, quality, and costs.
* Work closely with the support team and customers to resolve logistics queries during peak periods.
* Liaise with customers, support teams, and suppliers to resolve quality or courier issues.
* Maintain the supply chain performance dashboard, ensuring SLAs are met.
* Manage supplier relationships, resolving issues related to integrations, order volumes, or financials.
* Support data accuracy, supplier documentation, and internal materials maintenance.
* Review supplier performance against KPIs and collaborate on corrective actions.
* Monitor goods margins and work with the supply chain manager to address underperforming items.
* Review and approve supplier invoices, addressing any anomalies.
* Assist in driving delivery timelines for strategic projects, coordinating with stakeholders to meet targets.
What you’ll bring:

* Outstanding customer service experience, with a background in customer or supplier-facing roles.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising at all levels, including senior management and suppliers.
* Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Commercial awareness, comfortable reviewing high volumes of pricing and margin data.
