About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major new-build project in Northamptonshire. This role involves overseeing all aspects of delivery, ensuring programme compliance, managing subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.The project is a secure facility, so vetting and security clearance will be required.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull project management from start to completionProgramme planning and progress monitoringManaging subcontractors and site teamsEnsuring compliance with health & safety and quality standardsClient liaison and reporting
RequirementsCSCS Card (Black or equivalent)SMSTS certificationFirst Aid qualificationProven experience managing new-build projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to pass vetting and security clearanceOwn transport
