Management Accountant
An opportunity has arisen an enthusiastic and motivated Management Accountant to join the Finance team on a 12 month secondment. The role will be supporting designated NSFT clinical services in West Norfolk. The role reports directly to the Finance Business Partner and supports the production of accurate and timely financial information.
The successful candidates will be working towards a C.C.A.B. qualification and have significant financial management experience, although not necessarily with previous NHS or wider public sector experience.
Excellent inter‑personal and communication skills are essential with the ability to communicate complex financial issues effectively with both non‑finance and finance staff.
The role is expected to be a hybrid working pattern, in both Trust premises and from home.
Dependant on the candidates circumstances the formal base may be with Norfolk or Suffolk on appointment.
NSFT supports flexible working and we will consider part time and flexible working requests in the fulfilment of this role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have management accounts responsibility for specific clinical departments and will meet regularly and support corresponding budget managers.
In addition, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the provision of a comprehensive financial business partnering service by the team to designated clinical and corporate departments.

Qualifications
* Engaged in study for CCAB or equivalent qualification or willing to commence training
Experience
* Knowledge of and relevant experience within a Management Accounts environment
* Previous supervisory experience

* Ability to analytically review data and present results to senior management
Knowledge
* Knowledge of NHS processes
