Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Manager to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end talent managementfrom Talent Acquisition, talent management, succession planning, to performance management, whilst leveraging technology to build our talent ecosystem to develop a global approach across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management across the full lifecycle, a passion for technology, and a strategic mindset to drive global talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with key stakeholders, design and implement a comprehensive approach to global talent management that align with our wider culture and people agenda:
* Optimise talent acquisition processes globally, driving efficiency and ensuring we embed our EVP and DNA across the full candidate experience, working closely with the regional Talent Acquisition Leads to ensure we attract and select key talent.
1. Design and implement global talent and performance management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
2. Embed the Rotork leadership model aligned to our DNA to measure and assess talent
