GSL Education are searching for a passionate RE Teacher to work in Rotherham, including the S65 and S66 areas, delivering thoughtful and engaging lessons. As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons exploring world religions, ethics, and moral themes, helping students build knowledge, critical thinking, and confidence in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Main Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality RE lessons in line with the national curriculum. Teach topics covering major world religions, beliefs, and ethical issues. Encourage respectful discussion and critical thinking. Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as an RE Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). What’s in It for You?
