Will you be excited about leading our school into the next phase of its future?
All Saints (C of E Voluntary Aided) Infant School is seeking a highly motivated and inspirational leader with a commitment to continued school improvement in our much loved and well-respected school.
Situated in Tilford, one of Surrey’s most beautiful villages, near the town of Farnham, we have the village green in front of the school and the wonderful Tilford Woods behind us. All Saints Church is next door and the River Wey flows through our village. The children and staff love working outside in the forest and in our wonderful school grounds, whatever the weather. We are proud to offer an inclusive and supportive community where staff, children and governors share a passion for learning and are continually building on our excellent practice. The ideal candidate would share this vision, support our ethos and maintain a child-centered approach to raising standards.
We welcome applicants with:
•Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire staff
•A passion for developing effective teaching and learning to ensure every child achieves their best, academically and pastorally
•A strong commitment to our school’s Christian ethos and values
•A desire to work in partnership with governors, staff, parents, other schools and the wider community
•The enthusiasm and resilience to drive focused improvement in the school
•A shared vision and proactive approach to school and staff development.
In return we offer you:
•A very supportive Governing Body
•An induction programme to support candidates who may be new to this role
•Enthusiastic, independent and motivated children and staff
•Excellent outdoor and indoor learning spaces
•A clear approach to curriculum and pedagogical development
•A hardworking and successful PTA
•Opportunities to work with other local schools and those within the Farnham Schools Confederation
All Saints’ mission is for children to “love to learn and learn to love”. We provide a happy, family atmosphere in a Christian community which delights in learning in a safe, stimulating environment. We want our children to be curious about their world, to be confident to challenge themselves to do their best, to show care and respect for others and to develop a strong self-belief to enable them to succeed in the future.
You are strongly encouraged to visit our school. Visits can be arranged in the summer term when the school is open. Please phone Jen Stearn (School Business Manager) in the school office to make an appointment.
Closing Date for applications: Midday, Wednesday 22nd April 2026
