Millbank is expanding and looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist teams. From day one, you’ll have access to:

Your duties and responsibilities will be
* Build and manage a permanent/contract consulting desk
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates
* Negotiate terms & fees while delivering exceptional service
* Take ownership of your client portfolio and recruitment strategy
While we have established clients, we’re looking for someone confident in generating new leads and building long-term partnerships. Whether you work end-to-end or collaborate with specialists in our team, your focus is on becoming the recruitment partner of choice for our clients.
