Fire Risk Assessment Trainer
Location: Remote (1 Week per Month from home) with Regular Travel around UK. Type: Permanent, Full Time - (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00). Salary: £38-45,000 per annum. Additional: Car allowance (£3600 p/a), Company Pension (2:1 up to 10%), 24 days Annual Leave, Private Medical, Enhanced Sick Pay, On-site Gym/Pool, Flexible Working.
We are currently recruiting for a Fire Risk Assessment Trainer. You will be delivering fire risk assessment training programmes delivered both in person and online. All programmes are designed so you will be responsible for all delivery and post-training assessing.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver training in accordance with company curriculum and standard procedures.
* Conduct engaging training sessions for all delegates and provide feedback to the training lead.
* Collaborate with management to update course designs.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessments.
* Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in workplace safety.
* Support delegates with assessment preparation and post assessment evaluation.
Requirements:
* Fire Risk Assessment qualification and experience in the field.
* Experience in system design and the ability to build effective training programmes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Level 3 assessor qualification, Level 3 or above in education and training.
* Proven experience of practical fire risk assessment and report writing - level 4 or above.
A car allowance is provided for this role and you will need to hold a full UK driving licence. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Lead Insurance Underwriter - Remote Risk Assessment Specialist
Location: Bristol, South West England (Remote). Salary: £70,000 Annually. Type: Full-time, Remote.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and assess insurance applications, evaluating risks for commercial and personal lines.
* Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies.
* Approve or decline complex or high-value risks with clear rationale.
* Collaborate with brokers and agents to understand client needs and provide expert advice.

* Thorough understanding of insurance principles, risk management, and financial analysis.
* Based in Bristol, remote work allowed within the UK.
