The Role: Recruitment Consultant – Optical Division
You’ll manage your own optical recruitment desk, helping a diverse range of clients across your region fill roles from entry-level to senior professionals. This is a 360-recruitment role with full autonomy and support, where your efforts directly impact your success.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing client vacancies, bookings, and expectations across your region
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing top-tier talent using the latest candidate generation techniques
* Driving your desk forward with energy, creativity, and commercial flair
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales or recruitment experience
* Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
* A relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A resilient, self-motivated achiever with a serious appetite for success
