What you will do:
1. Plan, manage and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels from national ATL activity to targeted local campaigns
2. Work across customer segments and delivery squads to bring go-to-market plans to life, aligning activity to the marketing roadmap and business priorities
3. Develop clear briefs for creative and media teams and partners, ensuring objectives, audiences and measures of success are well defined
4. Lead agency management across media, creative and production ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and on brand
5. Coordinate campaign and tactical asset delivery across internal teams including brand, content, digital and partnerships to ensure fully integrated execution
6. Oversee creative development from concept to deployment, maintaining alignment with brand identity, tone of voice and message hierarchy
7. Map campaign journeys and customer experiences, ensuring relevant messaging, strong CTAs and clear pathways that drive audiences to the next best outcome
8. Balance multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
9. Conduct post-campaign reviews, analysing performance data, learnings and ROI to inform continuous improvement
10. Champion best practice in campaign delivery, measurement and optimisation across the marketing team

What you will need:
11. Expert project and campaign management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex campaigns at pace and with precision
12. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
13. Skilled at developing creative and media briefs and managing agencies effectively
14. Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate performance and optimise future campaigns
15. Solid experience in marketing campaign management, ideally within multichannel or integrated environments
16. Proven track record delivering large- and small-scale campaigns including ATL and digital
17. Experience managing multiple agencies and internal stakeholders simultaneously
18. Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes
