The Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Quantity Surveyor who:
* Is a recognized Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness, focusing on profit and cash management.
* Collaborates effectively with the Client Procurement Team to input into Work Scope Documents and procure Enabling Work Packages.
* Has prior experience with Construction Management projects.
* Manages various commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract works packages through to final accounts.
* Minimizes risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
* Possesses broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial roles with leading contracting organizations.
Your Profile
* Experience in large-scale major projects or Construction Management.
* Strategic thinker who can analyze internal and external data to guide the business's strategic direction.
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
