We currently have a number of excitingroles within our Resources and Transformation directorate at Salford CityCouncil, playing a key role in shaping the future of the council and how wedeliver services to our residents. The roles will sit within the OrganisationDevelopment team to enable us to continue to build on our success andbring new experience, knowledge, and ideas into the team.

About the Role
What will you be doing?
Reporting into an OD and Culture Change Lead you willplay a key role in the successful delivery of a programme of key strategicprojects and transformation required to develop the organisation and itspeople. This is an exciting new role, and you will be expected to:
5. Drive innovation and the case for change across our services and organisation
6. Promote awareness, understanding and acceptance of innovation and improvement methodology through change management processes and practice
7. Collaborate across the organisation to ensure people understand innovation and change to co-design improved new and existing services
8. Ensure user experience (staff and resident voice) are integral to the design of good services
9. Ensure digital solutions are enablers to design the support experience, quality, efficiency and simplify services for users and colleagues
10. Be creative about how we help shape the organisation, ensuring the organisation stays at the forefront of innovative design and delivery, making a real difference to the experience of those who use our services.
