Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on… High-levels of collaboration with the global Steam Energy Production Community of Practice (CoP) as well as close working with other main internal stakeholders (Global Supply Chain, Portfolio Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Business Development and Sales Operating Companies) Undertaking situational; analysis to understand strategic trends, market drivers and competitive forces Regular customer visits and joint sales calls to identify Sector Customer pain and gains (unmet needs) to uncover opportunity for deeper voice of customer activities Developing organisational sector knowledge, proactively exploring trends, customer needs and applications Driving the development and introduction of sector specific new products, solutions and service offerings in collaboration with the wider organisation Internal collaboration to identify market led growth programmes which feed into Operating Companies' annual business development process and 3-year Business development cycle Delivering self-generated growth in the form of commercial vitality Your previous experience is likely to include….
