You will have at your disposal a plethora of marketing initiatives and content from our National Office, centralised marketing team as well as agency support. In Cleveland, we need someone to communicate our brand, mission and values through further, innovative content and providing optimum reach and engagement in our local area. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, information-focused content built upon the sincere trust in, and reliability of, our service offering that drives website traffic, generating quality, client and recruitment enquiries and ultimately increasing our overall brand image, reputation and market share.
Role Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
1. Plan, create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, press liaison, events and social media
2. Regularly contact and inform our Referral Provider Network (voluntary referrers to our service such as Social Workers, Independent Living Facilities, District Nurses, Wills and Probate Solicitors among many, many others) of our provider offering and relating those pertinent and key messages to them in order that they may enhance their service offerings to potential mutual clients.
3. Drive digital and content marketing activities, including writing sector specific focused content for our website, blog, social media, email newsletters and paid ad campaigns
4. Utilise keyword research tools to create optimised content and reach, following SEO best practices
5. Track and monitor online performance and conduct monthly analytics reports using programs such as Google Analytics
6. Work with our Directors, Care Managers and other employees to identify and produce interesting, bespoke and engaging ‘good news’ marketing opportunities
7. Evaluate website and blog performance, making regular changes to reflect regular good news stories and enhance Google / other internet search engines interest in our website / internet offering and ranking as Number 1.
8. Research, identify and develop relationships in the local community maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities by growing, influencing and leveraging your network with the focus being on enhanced brand awareness and bringing in new business to increase market share and generate employment opportunities.
9. Research, plan and successfully execute community marketing events including attending fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events and any other events that would promote our services to the public.
10. Continually deliver a message that reflects our mission, vision and values and delivers our value proposition.
11. Manage your own time effectively, prioritising critical tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business and reacting to new needs or challenges in an effective manner.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
12. Previous, proven experience in a Marketing or Communications role (2 years+), ideally degree level
13. Exceptional creativity, verbal and written skills
14. Attention to detail reflecting our premium brand status
15. Passionate about traditional, social media and digital marketing
16. Experience in using marketing software such as Wordpress, MS Office Mailchimp, Canva, Zoho CRM
17. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
18. Significant and effective experience using keyword research tools
19. Excellent organisational skills
20. Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
21. A positive individual with a ‘make it happen’, results driven nature
