* Support your line manager in developing your team to be proactive, investigating and resolving questions or complaints. If issues arise, be confident to step in and take ownership.
* Monitor and report on customer feedback and insights to help your Line Manager identify trends and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby growing our business.
* Use your personality and experience to guide, coach, and develop your team to achieve high performance and standards collaboratively.
* Stay updated with evolving technology, building your knowledge to understand our customers better and adapt your communication style to assist both customers and colleagues.
* Drive your team to exceed sales and service objectives, known internally as ‘Smashing your Targets’.
