Role: Training Coordinator - Permanent - Dungannon
VANRATH is delighted to support a leading manufacturer to recruit an HR Training Manager. You will deliver training initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive staff engagement-while also supporting wider HR functions such as development planning, absence monitoring, and maintaining a positive workplace.
* Salary: £35,000
* Full time, Permanent
* Early friday finish
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes aligned with organisational goals.
* Conduct training needs analyses and create tailored learning solutions.
* Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and feedback.
* Advise managers and employees on career development opportunities and learning pathways.
* Stay abreast of trends and best practices in learning and development.
* Manage the training budget and external vendor relationships.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience in learning and development, HR, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
