This is a key management role within the Analysis and Design team, essential for driving the successful delivery of the Type 26 (T26) training programme. You will apply strong commercial acumen and Project Management expertise to lead projects to budget, schedule, and quality. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management: Accountability for the successful delivery of projects to budget, time, and quality metrics. Financial Control: Track and drive project financials, including CRSs, invoicing, and monitoring spend versus forecast. Risk Management: Utilise experience in risk management to address project risks effectively and resolve complex, non-routine project problems. Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Multitask effectively to provide clear direction, guidance, and support to project teams. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively using strong communication and diplomacy skills. Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to essential procedures based on personal knowledge of Project Management principles. Your Skills and Experience Project Delivery: Recognized as a Project Manager practitioner with demonstrable project delivery experience. Financial Acumen: Commercially and financially astute, with proven experience in financial reporting and managing budgets. Bid Knowledge: Practical knowledge of good bid practice and process. Qualifications: Working towards a Professional Project Management Qualification or equivalent practical experience. Communication: Possess strong and refined communication and diplomacy skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
