In this role, you’ll own the full product lifecycle — from initial concept and detailed design through prototyping, testing, and production. You’ll work side-by-side with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative products and continuously refine existing designs, making a real impact on cutting-edge projects.
What you’ll be doing as a Mechanical Design Engineer :
* Designing and developing advanced electro-mechanical products to meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
* Producing clear, accurate design documentation for manufacturing, assembly, and servicing.
* Driving continuous improvement through design reviews and product optimisation.
* Applying industry standards to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability.
* Collaborating with production engineering and supply chain teams to take prototypes to full production.
* Supporting quality and environmental management processes.
* Researching and applying new technologies, materials, and design techniques.
What we’re looking for as a Mechanical Design Engineer:
* Degree in Mechanical or Product Design Engineering.
* At least 3 years’ experience in design engineering within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and related CAD tools.
* Knowledge of manufacturing techniques including CNC machining, sheet metal, injection moulding, casting, welding, coatings, and 3D printing.
* Practical, hands‑on approach to solving engineering challenges.
* Sharp attention to detail and drive to deliver high‑quality, reliable products.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, work on exciting, world‑class engineering projects, and join a collaborative, supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
