Job Summary:
The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations at ISOS, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing all aspects of the kitchen. This role involves menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food service. Whilst working with in a small team time management is a key factor with this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly upheld through rigorous quality control procedures.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards to meet customer expectations.
- Continuously create and refine the menu offering.
- Oversee stock levels, order ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Great time management skills.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to train and mentor other staff.
- Experience in ordering stock and stock control.

- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
