Role Overview:
As a Clinical Support Specialist / Clinical Trainer, you will be the cornerstone of clinical training, evaluation, implementation, and post-sale support. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that customers achieve exceptional outcomes and feel fully confident and competent using the company’s products and solutions. You will act as a product expert, providing invaluable support during the pre-sales phase and leading all clinical activities thereafter. You will work with major High Street Optical Chains and specialist independents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical training sessions for retail optical and optician product and services.
- Conduct clinical evaluations and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Provide ongoing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively throughout the south of the UK to support clients.
- Engage with a range of products including capital, consumables, training, and associated items for comprehensive vision testing and corrective solutions.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a clinical support or training role within the optical sector.
- Strong understanding of vision testing and corrective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
